Keep your customer updated at every single step — this builds trust and they will keep coming back!

Customer Places an OrderTake the order and
confirm it back to them — product name, price and quantity. No surprises later! Ask upfront:
delivery or collection?2

You Submit the OrderAs soon as you've submitted the order,
WhatsApp your customer immediately to let them know it's been placed and give them the expected delivery time.3

Order is Being ProcessedAvroy Shlain processes and dispatches orders. Standard delivery takes
5–7 working days from when the order is submitted. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.4

You don't need to spend a lot — a little effort makes a huge impression. Customers who feel special become loyal customers and refer their friends! 
What to include

The Perfect Gift Bag
A pretty gift bag or box — even a simple paper bag with tissue paper looks beautiful
A bow or ribbon — ties the whole look together and feels like a gift
A printed or handwritten invoice — shows you are professional and organised


You can print stickers like this for your parcels — customers love it!
A small thank you note — even just a sticky note that says "Thank you [NAME], enjoy!" makes someone feel valued
A small sweet treat — a chocolate or toffee adds a lovely surprise and costs almost nothing
A product sample (if you have one) — let them try something new and they might order it next time!
Presentation matters! A R150 product in a beautiful bag feels like a R300 product. The experience is the product.
