Keep your customer updated at every single step — this builds trust and they will keep coming back!

1 Customer Places an OrderTake the order and confirm it back to them — product name, price and quantity. No surprises later! Ask upfront: delivery or collection?2 You Submit the OrderAs soon as you've submitted the order, WhatsApp your customer immediately to let them know it's been placed and give them the expected delivery time.3 Order is Being ProcessedAvroy Shlain processes and dispatches orders.
