Confirm eligibility before starting — different rules apply depending on the reason for return
Verify the correct reason code on the return sheet
Standard returns: must reach Head Office within 14 days of invoice
Allergy / damage returns: must reach Head Office within 6 months

Attach clear photos of the items
Add the batch number from each product in the email
Wait up to 24 hours for approval
Approved → you will receive a TOKEN reference number
Declined → reason provided (expired timeframe or missing documentation)3Step 3Internal Logging
Once TOKEN is received, WhatsApp Liza — she will log the return internally on her side
Only after this step can you prepare and pack the box4Step 4Prepare the Box
Use an official Avroy Shlain box
Place the invoice inside and mark the returned items — no invoice? Request a copy via WhatsApp
Add newspaper or filler for protection — items must not move around inside
Write on the box: Account Number · Name & Surname · Invoice Number
Take photos before closing AND after sealing — this is your proof!
Seal securely with tape
Visit your nearest PEP store or Paxi location
Tell staff you are returning an Avroy Shlain box
Provide your TOKEN reference number
Present your ID book for scanning and confirmation
Pay for bag: R5 (medium) or R7 (large)
Processing takes 3–7 working days once received at Head Office
Returns must reach Head Office within the required timeframe
Late returns: you must arrange credit via your own courier
Items sent back too late will be destroyed after 1 week if not collected
Always follow the correct reason code and procedure to avoid delays

Follow these steps carefully — don't skip any!
Important: Do NOT pack or send anything before you have a TOKEN reference number. Returns without the correct process will NOT be credited!

Do NOT pack the box yet! Wait for this step to be completed first.
Returns without a box will NOT be credited. No exceptions!
Courier fee of R85 will be billed if the item is in perfect condition, unopened and undamaged — and returned within 14 days.
