Returns Process

Follow these steps carefully — don't skip any!

Important: Do NOT pack or send anything before you have a TOKEN reference number. Returns without the correct process will NOT be credited!

Once TOKEN is received, WhatsApp Liza — she will log the return internally on her sideOnly after this step can you prepare and pack the box4Step 4Prepare the BoxUse an official Avroy Shlain boxPlace the invoice inside and mark the returned items — no invoice? Request a copy via WhatsAppAdd newspaper or filler for protection — items must not move around insideWrite on the box: Account Number · Name & Surname · Invoice NumberTake photos before closing AND after sealing — this is your proof!Seal securely with tape

Returns without a box will NOT be credited. No exceptions!

5Step 5Drop Off at PEP / PaxiVisit your nearest PEP store or Paxi locationTell staff you are returning an Avroy Shlain boxProvide your TOKEN reference numberPresent your ID book for scanning and confirmationPay for bag: R5 (medium) or R7 (large)

Courier fee of R85 will be billed if the item is in perfect condition, unopened and undamaged — and returned within 14 days.
