How to Track an Order

Find your parcel anytime — know exactly where it is!

Working days = Monday to Friday only. Weekends and public holidays do NOT count.

So if you paid on a Friday, day 1 starts on Monday. If there is a public holiday during the week, add an extra day.

Sometimes couriers can't get through all their deliveries in one day — if that happens, your parcel may arrive 1 day later than expected. This is normal — just track it using the links below.

PEP PAXI — You Will Get 3 SMS Messages

When you choose PAXI delivery, Avroy Shlain will send your parcel to your nearest PEP store. You do not need to do anything — just wait for the SMS messages below. Save them so you know what to expect!

SMS 1 — On Its Way SMS 2 — Ready + PIN SMS 3 — Collected 1SMS 1 — Your parcel is on its way! You will see an estimated delivery date. No action needed — just wait.2SMS 2 — Your parcel arrived at your PEP store! This message contains your PIN code. Take this SMS and your ID book to the store to collect. Anyone can collect on your behalf — they just need to bring their own ID book and the PIN from this SMS.3SMS 3 — Collected! You will get this message after you have collected your parcel. It confirms everything went through successfully.

Do not lose SMS 2! You need the PIN to collect your parcel. Show the SMS to the cashier and bring your ID book — no PIN, no parcel.

Track Your Parcel Yourself

You can check where your parcel is at any time. You need your parcel/waybill number — this is the number that looks like BA566849001001 in the PAXI SMS.

Fastway parcels cannot be tracked online. Contact Avroy Shlain head office directly with your tracking number and they will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
