How to Pay

Use Pay@ on any South African banking app — quick & safe!

All 3 options use the same Pay@ system — payment reflects within 30 minutes! Pick whichever is easiest for you.

All payments reflect within 30 minutes. Once it reflects, WhatsApp your proof to Liza (084 990 0030) and she will release your order immediately.

Step 1 — Your Pay@ Reference NumberYour unique Pay@ reference 11949 + Your Account Number No spaces between 11949 and your account number.
Example: account number 123456789 → reference is 11949123456789

Each person's reference is unique and links your payment directly to your account with Avroy Shlain head office.

If you use the wrong reference — for example your name, a random number, or someone else's reference — your payment will NOT reflect on your order.

It can take up to 2 weeks to trace and allocate a missing payment. This means your order could be cancelled while you wait.

Always use: 11949 + your exact Avroy Shlain account number. Nothing else.

Step 2 — Pay Online (No Banking App Needed)

No banking app? No problem! Tap the big red button below — it opens the Avroy Shlain payment page in your browser. You can pay by card. Works on any phone or computer.

When the page opens, you will see a box that already has 11949 in it. Just type your account number right after it in the same box.

Then enter the exact rand amount from your Avroy Shlain invoice — the one you received on WhatsApp from head office.

Pay the full amount — even 1 cent short and your order cannot be released!

No banking app? No problem! You can pay in cash at any of these stores.

Give the cashier THIS exact reference 11949 + Your Account Number Same reference number as your banking app — it never changes.
Example: 11949123456789

How it works in-store: Tell the cashier you want to make a Pay@ payment. Give them your reference number. They will type it in, confirm the amount on screen, and you pay cash. You get a receipt immediately — WhatsApp a photo of it to your leader straight away!

Over 10,000 stores nationwide — pay at the till with cash

After paying in-store, ask for your receipt and WhatsApp a photo of it to Liza (084 990 0030) immediately — she will then release your order for processing!

Step 3 — Pay Via Your Banking App

In your banking app, look for Pay Bills or Bill Payments, search for Pay@ and follow these steps. The steps are almost identical for all banks!

Absa, Standard Bank, Nedbank, TymeBank — the steps work exactly the same way!

Open your app → find Pay Bills or Bill Payments → search Pay@ → enter your reference 11949 + account number → delete the R10 default → enter your order amount → confirm → screenshot and send to Liza.

Important Reminders

Always WhatsApp your proof of payment to Liza (084 990 0030) immediately after paying.

Once Liza receives your proof she will release your order for processing.

Pay the exact total from your Avroy Shlain invoice — even 1 cent less and the order cannot be released!

Order Payment Deadline — Read This Carefully! Once you submit an order it stays open from the 1st of the month until the 2nd of the following month.

Payment MUST reflect by the 2nd at 6pm.
If not — you lose the order automatically.

Head office will send you a WhatsApp message if your order is about to be deleted — watch for that message and act immediately!

Always delete the default R10 in Pay@ and enter your exact order amount from your Avroy Shlain WhatsApp invoice.

If you pay even 1 cent less than the total, the order cannot be released. Pay the full amount shown on your invoice — nothing more, nothing less.

Never use your name, a random number or anyone else's reference. Using the wrong reference means it can take up to 2 weeks to trace your payment — and your order may be cancelled in the meantime.
