You are not looking for perfect people. You are looking for willing people. Skills can be taught. Attitude cannot.

Who Has Potential?

Look for these signs in people around you — family, friends, neighbours, church, work, social media. Your next team member is closer than you think!

Strong Yes — Approach these people first!

She talks to everyone — friendly, outgoing, people like herShe complains about not having enough moneyShe is always on her phone — WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTokShe loves beauty products, hair, nails, looking goodShe is a hustler — already selling something on the sideShe has free time — looking for something to doShe is a mother who wants to work from home

Also Consider — Give these people a chance!

She is shy but hardworking — she may be great onlineShe just lost her job or needs extra incomeShe is a student who needs money for data or transportShe already buys Avroy Shlain products — she loves the brand What to Say — Face to Face

Keep it short and friendly — you're having a conversation, not giving a presentation!

Step 1Start with a complimentSay this:"Hey [Name], I always see how you carry yourself so well. People really listen to you."

This makes her feel good and opens the door.

Step 2Ask a questionSay this:"Are you open to making some extra money from your phone? No experience needed."

Wait for her answer. Don't explain everything yet.

Step 3 — If she says yes or maybeShare just enoughSay this:"I sell beauty products and I'm looking for women who want to earn. You sell to people you know — or online. I'll show you how. Can I send you some info on WhatsApp?"

Get her number and send her information. Don't pressure her.

Do NOT tell her everything at once. Too much information will scare her. Keep it short. Let the information do the work.

Copy this, personalise the name, and send. Then wait for her reply before sending more info.
