How to order Avroy Shlain products — the three easy ways

There are three ways to order Avroy Shlain products in South Africa: through a Beauty Advisor you know, through an online store like mine (with free door-to-door delivery on orders from R550), or by simply WhatsApping the product name to 084 990 0030. All three are straightforward — this guide walks you through how to order Avroy Shlain products each way, plus how payment works, what to expect on delivery, and who to contact if something goes wrong.

How do I order Avroy Shlain products?

Avroy Shlain is a direct-selling company, which means products reach you through people rather than shop shelves. That gives you three routes:

How do I order through a Beauty Advisor?

This is how most South Africans have bought Avroy Shlain for decades, and it still works beautifully.

A Beauty Advisor shows you this month's brochure — a printed copy, or more often these days photos or a link on WhatsApp. You tell her what you'd like, she places the order with head office, and when it arrives she gets it to you. You pay her the brochure price, and delivery is something the two of you arrange between yourselves — for most BAs, dropping your order at your door or your work is simply part of the service.

The big advantage of this route is that she handles everything. Questions about a product, a swap if something is out of stock, chasing up a late order — that's her job, and a good BA does it gladly.

If you don't have a Beauty Advisor, you have me. Which brings us to the next two options.

How do I buy Avroy Shlain online?

You can order online any time, day or night, through my online store. Browse the full range, add what you want to your basket, and pay securely at checkout. Delivery is free, door-to-door, on orders from R550.

Everything in the brochure is there, including the monthly specials. August is a good month to try it — the August 2026 brochure has some serious fragrance deals, like After Midnight EDP Buy-1-Get-1-Free: two 75ml bottles for R499, a saving of R499, valid until 31 August 2026.

One practical tip: free delivery kicks in at R550, so it often pays to combine items or order together with a friend or colleague. Can I order Avroy Shlain on WhatsApp?

Yes — and it's my favourite way to take an order. WhatsApp me on 084 990 0030 with the product name, or just a screenshot of the brochure page. I'll confirm the price and whether it's available, you confirm you want it, and we arrange payment and delivery from there.

No forms, no checkout, no apps to download. If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can order Avroy Shlain. It's also the best route if you have a question before you buy — "is this the strong version or the light one?" gets answered by a person, not a product page.

What payment methods can I use?

It depends on how you order:

• Online store: you pay online at checkout when you place your order, the same as any other online shop.
• Through a Beauty Advisor (including WhatsApp orders with me): you pay her directly — cash or EFT, whatever the two of you agree on.

One honest piece of advice, whoever you order from: get your order confirmed in writing before you pay. A proper BA will happily send you a WhatsApp listing exactly what you've ordered, the price of each item and the total. If someone is vague about what you're paying for, rather order elsewhere.

How long does Avroy Shlain delivery take?

The honest answer: it depends on where you are in South Africa and how you ordered, so the best person to ask is the person you ordered from. As with any courier delivery in the country, the main centres are usually quicker than outlying areas.

If you ordered through a Beauty Advisor, she'll be able to tell you when her order lands and arrange the handover with you directly. My order hasn't arrived — what now?

Don't panic, and don't sit quietly wondering. Two steps:

1. Contact the person you ordered from first. Your Beauty Advisor can check exactly where your order is — that's the fastest route to an answer. If you ordered from me, WhatsApp me on 084 990 0030 and I'll follow it up the same day.
2. If you need head office, use the contact details published on avroyshlain.co.za. Have your order number ready — it's the first thing they'll ask for, and it makes the whole conversation quicker.

Delays happen with any courier in South Africa. What matters is that there's always a person you can actually reach, which is more than most online shops can say.

Can I return an Avroy Shlain product?

Go back through the same channel you ordered from. If a product arrives damaged, or the wrong item was sent, tell your Beauty Advisor straight away — she'll advise you on the returns process and handle it with head office on your behalf. If you ordered online or want to deal with head office directly, contact them through the details on avroyshlain.co.za, with your order number handy, and they'll take it from there.

My own rule with my customers is simple: if something isn't right, tell me, and I'll sort it out. That's the whole point of buying through a person.
