Avroy Shlain QuickShop — how the online ordering system works
By Liza Truter · 4 September 2026 · 6 min read

If you've searched for the Avroy Shlain QuickShop or the Avroy Shlain online ordering system, here's the short answer: you order through a Beauty Advisor's own online shop, browse this month's full brochure on your phone, send your order straight to her, pay by EFT or PayShap once she confirms, and collect at any PEP store — free on orders from R750. There's no complicated login, no card details typed into a website, and no waiting on hold. This guide walks through exactly how the online shop works, start to finish, so you know what to expect before you place your first order.
I'm Liza, an Avroy Shlain Group Manager based near Little Brak River in the Western Cape, and I run orders through my own online shop every single day. Let me show you how it works from your side of the screen.
What is the Avroy Shlain QuickShop?
"QuickShop" is simply the online ordering side of Avroy Shlain — the way you shop the brochure without a printed copy in your hands. Avroy Shlain is a direct-selling company, so instead of one big anonymous website, each Beauty Advisor has her own online shop. When you order through mine, the order comes to me personally, and I look after it from confirmation to collection.
That's the part people find surprising: it feels like normal online shopping — you browse, you tap what you want, you send the order — but a real person is on the other end. If something is out of stock, or you're not sure whether you want the light or the strong version of a fragrance, you get a human answer, not an error message.
How do I order through the online shop, step by step?
Here's the whole journey, exactly as it happens:
- Open the shop. Go to my online shop on your phone or laptop. It's open every hour of every day — order at 6am or at midnight, it makes no difference.
- Browse the brochure. You'll see this month's full Avroy Shlain brochure, including the September specials, laid out so you can scroll through skincare, fragrance and body products.
- Add what you want. Tap to add each item to your order. You can add, remove and change your mind as many times as you like before you send it.
- Send the order to me. When you're happy, you send it through. It lands with me directly — I can see exactly what you chose and the total.
- I confirm on WhatsApp. I message you to confirm the items, the price, and stock, and I send my banking details on your order card. Nothing is final until you and I have both confirmed.
- You pay by EFT or PayShap. Once you've paid, I place the order with head office.
- You collect. Your parcel ships from head office to your chosen PEP store, and I send you your collection pin as soon as it's ready.
No app to download, no account to create, no password to forget. If you can use WhatsApp and do an EFT, you can use the online shop.
How does delivery work — and when is it free?
Delivery on online orders is PAXI collection at any PEP store. There are PEP branches in nearly every town in South Africa, so you collect somewhere close to home or work, on your own schedule.
The rate is R85, and delivery is free on orders from R750. That R750 threshold is worth planning around, because it's genuinely free — not "free after a fee somewhere else." A few honest tips:
- Combine items. One CRT Youth Gel Duo (2x50ml, R599, saving R399) plus the CRT 2-in-1 Foam Cleanser (150ml, R299, saving R60) already sails past R750 — so the whole order collects for free.
- Order with a friend. Splitting one order between two of you is an easy way to reach R750 and share a single free collection.
- Watch the specials. September has real savings — the CRT Vitamin C Oil Serum + 3-in-1 Hydration Serum Power Pair (2x30ml, R499, saving R499) is a lovely one to build an order around.
If you're near me on the Garden Route, you're welcome to collect from me directly instead — just say so when you order.
Prefer someone to deliver to your door? Door delivery is possible, but it's never free — collection at PEP is the free option, which is why most of my customers use it.
How do I pay? Is it safe?
This is the question I'm asked most, so let me be very clear: you never type card details into the online shop. The website takes your order, not your money.
Once I've confirmed your order on WhatsApp, you pay me directly by EFT or PayShap, using the banking details on your order card. That means no card numbers floating around online, and a real person you can talk to about your payment. It's the same trusted way South Africans have paid their Beauty Advisor for decades, just with the browsing done online first.
How do I track my order?
After you've paid and I've placed the order, tracking is refreshingly simple. Your parcel travels from head office to your chosen PEP store, and the moment it's ready to collect, I send you the PAXI collection pin on WhatsApp. You take that pin (and your ID) to the PEP counter and collect. If anything is running slow, you don't have to chase a call centre — you message me, and chasing it up is my job.
Most orders move quickly, but exact timing depends on head-office dispatch and the brochure cycle, so I always give you a realistic window when I confirm.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account or password to use the online shop? No. You browse and send your order without logging in. The confirmation and payment happen on WhatsApp with me — no account required.
Is the online shop the official Avroy Shlain ordering system? It's the official way to order the Avroy Shlain brochure online through a Beauty Advisor. Each BA has her own shop; ordering through mine means I personally handle your order and delivery.
What's the difference between ordering online and ordering through a Beauty Advisor? The online shop is ordering through a Beauty Advisor — it just moves the browsing online. For the full picture of all three ways to buy (BA, online, and WhatsApp), see how to order Avroy Shlain products.
Can I see prices before I order? Yes — every price is in the shop and the brochure, each with its size. You'll also find the current Avroy Shlain price list here on the blog.
Can I order fragrance online too? Absolutely. Coppelia EDP (60ml, R499) and the full men's range are all in the shop — start with the Coppelia perfume guide or the men's fragrance guide if you'd like help choosing.
What if something is out of stock or arrives faulty? Tell me. I sort out swaps, stock issues and anything that isn't right — that's exactly what a Beauty Advisor is for.
Ready to try it?
The easiest way to understand the online shop is to open it and have a browse — you're not committing to anything until we've both confirmed. Take a look at my online shop, add whatever catches your eye, and send it through. If you'd rather just ask a question first, WhatsApp me any time on 084 990 0030 — a real person, same-day, happy to help you place your first order.
